July 13, 2017 first poster for ocean documentary BLUE revealed

Hot on the heels of the announcement this week of selection in both the Melbourne and Brisbane International Film Festivals, Transmission Films is proud to unveil the key art for upcoming documentary BLUE.

BLUE, a feature documentary by Karina Holden, takes viewers on a provocative journey into the ocean realm, witnessing a critical moment in time when the marine world is on a precipice.

Featuring passionate advocates for ocean preservation, BLUE maps the ongoing challenges facing our oceans and the opportunities for positive change. Viewers meet those who are defending habitats, campaigning for smarter fishing, combating marine pollution and fighting for the protection of keystone species.

BLUE key art is available for download from the Transmission Films website HERE. The trailer is also available to view HERE.

“This is a very timely and important documentary. We are privileged to be releasing BLUE and spreading much needed awareness for our oceans through this beautiful film,” said Transmission Films Joint Managing Directors Andrew Mackie and Richard Payten.

BLUE has been selected to screen as part of Melbourne International Film Festival and Brisbane International Film Festival before releasing in cinemas nationally on October 12th, 2017.
